Dear Gail and Family, I only saw this notice today. I am very sad for you loss of your dear husband. We miss having your family living across the street. I'm sure I would be joined by all the old neighbors still on the street in expressing our condolences. Lots of changes in the old neighborhood with lots of new faces. I really enjoyed knowing Mike. He was always an easy going great guy. My prayers are with you Gail, and family. Love always.

Mike was at the Burnside QFC and often checked my groceries. He was a pleasant person and seemed to enjoy himself. He had a dry sense of humor and was friendly to me and other customers. That's been more years now than I bet I could guess, but I recall Mike and appreciated him. My best wishes to his family.
