My sincere condolences to the Carchia family. Mike was my first supervisor years ago at Diebold and later when I became the manager he vigorously supported me. I’m sure there are countless folks like me who started their working lives under Mike’s very capable hand. I have very fond memories from my early career of Mike handing me the broom when he thought I wasn’t doing anything or sending me to Brockton to do a quick job on my way home from Boston. Of course I lived in Arlington....

Deepest sympathy on the passing of Uncle Mike to ... Aunt Irene, cousins David and Michael, Uncle Al, Aunt Rose, Aunt Josephine ... and to the four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Uncle Mike remains to me as a strong solid man, having common sense, survived a close brush with death in World War II, a stellar career with Diebold over 40 years, happily married over 60 years, loved playing golf ... and who enjoyed the art of a brisk conversation.
