I was a fellow teacher with Mike's and I have many good memories, particularly with the 5th grade environmental trips to Thunder Mountain and Fairview Lakes.

Mr. Caruso was a GRMS legend. His passion for maps and geography was memorable. No on left his classroom without memorizing those state and country capitals! I remember him well after all these years--he will be missed.

Mike was a pleasure to work with...positive, supportive, encouraging and always willing to share his great sense of humor. I never knew when we'd bump onto each other at a yard sale !

Mr Caruso was one of the better teachers in GRHS. He kept us all interested in class and made it a great learning experience both in and out of the classroom. He will be greatly missed. So sorry to hear of his passing.

I remember being nervous to have Mr. Caruso as I entered middle school...one of the best teachers I've ever known. Funny how that happens - our inspirations come from those who challenge us the most. Great man!
