Not sure what to say?

I did not know Mr. Casselberry. A family member visiting from New Mexico gave me a lovely pottery "cookie jar" type crock, signed "Mike Casselberry '84". It is truly lovely! Looking his name up, I found his obituary.

I received it in July 2019. If a family member or friend is interested, I would share it back.

One of my absolutely fave teachers. He was my cross country coach, driver's ed teacher, health teacher, and in college, I took several classes from him. Always very encouraging, and had a huge heart. He encouraged me - not only in school but life as well. He will be missed, and his legacy lives on. He definitely is one person who touched many lives by pouring his out unselfishly.

Mr. Casselberry was one of my favorite teachers . I will always remember him as "el Creato," a nickname he gave himself. Several years ago I spoke with him and he was SO proud of his kids. I will remember him fondly.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loved and deepest condolences are extended to you. Something that's helped me through the death of loved ones is to reflect on 1 Corinthians 15:26.

Best teacher I ever had. Great motivation and enthusiasm for his work and for his students. His ability to relate to life within the confines of the classroom activities was second to none. Great guy and I'm sure just as good father and husband.

Godspeed Coach. I love you....

Coach Casselberry helped me to give my Mom the most memorable haircut I ever had. End of our junior year, I decided to get a mohawk and Coach obliged me by cutting it for me.
Mom wouldn't eat with me until my hair grew back out.
Bonnie Cummins had a pic of it.
He and my Dad coached track together at FHS. I had a great time following them all over the state.
He will be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

He was one of my favorite teachers. My thoughts and prayers for you all.

Two venti white mochas with raspberry. Definitely can't forget the lemon loaf.
I'll miss seeing your face and talking to you about your paintings. You left a huge impact on my life and I am grateful to have crossed paths with you!
Thank you for being my friend.
Sending my love, prayers, and positivity to his family and friends.
