Not sure what to say?

My sympathy to the Cherello family. My Dad, Irv, taught w/Mike at both Cedar Kolls and Whippany schools. I hold dear the wonderful memories of the card parties the teachers had at our little house in Mt. Freedom - the good food, the friendship they obviously shared. Rest in peace,

With my deepest sympathy on the passing of Mr. Cherello. He was my principal at Cedar Knolls School (class of 1958). He was very personable, and always had time and concern for each student. May be rest in God's peace.

Bette, Raven and Anne,
Renelle, CCI and I are praying for you and the rest of your family during this difficult time. We love you!

Mike was one of the best principals I knew. He was a team builder and his leadership made possible one ofthe best Middle Schools in Morris County. He will be remembered by many teachers, students and staff. My condolences to all his family. Inge Carotenuto, Whippany

Pop was a fun man to be around, and he shared many stories about his life. I only wish I got to know him more in the time he was alive. Mom Dad and I had a great time with him and Mimi a couple months ago, and we had a blast. I'm glad we got to spend that time together. He will be forever missed and loved

The world has lost a good man. A true gentleman!
