Peggy, I was stunned and saddened to return from vacation this week and learn of Mike's death. Please know that all of us at the University of Hartford have been holding you both and your children in our prayers and our thoughts for these many months, and we will do so for many months more. Thinking of all of you, and wishing you tears of true sadness and laughter of remembered joy.

To the Ciarcia family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I was part of the Reservoir Road crew in Newington, and graduated with Mike in '71. It was nice to read of the major impact Mike has had on the lives of many. He'll be missed!

Frank,
My sincere condolences for your loss. You and your entire family are in our prayers.
