Michael T. "Pork" Cislak, 61, of New Eagle, passed away after a breakthrough case of Covid-19 on Saturday, January 22, 2022, in the Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital.

He was born August 28, 1960, the son of the late Henry and Louise Podesta Cislak.
