I'm very sorry to hear that Mike has passed on. I had not seen Mike in quite some time and was just thinking about him a day or two ago so this comes as a shock. Mike was a quality individual and I'm glad to have known him.

Michael was a dear friend. My wife, Sue, and I enjoyed breakfast many times with him. He had a rich history of being brought up in Southern California, and he was a knowledgeable fan of classic movies. He also told us stories of how he was able to help his clients in often complicated ways to preserve their savings and their dignity. Simply put, Michael always "did the right thing" because it was the right thing to do, personally and professionally. He took great joy in his work. May his...
