Your passing has been two days short of a year and (I wanted to let you know) we still have been unable to find a physician replacement for you. Since Heaven doesn't need your doctor talents, we hope you are having fun but wanted to let you know how much we still miss you—not just from a physician perspective but such a kind, gentle and funny man.
