Read MoreI did not know this man but am very familiar with "Tin Can" Sailors. Lots of work, in port and at sea, short turn arounds, and always some sort of training that needs to be accomplished. In between you have the required 6 month deployments. A hectic schedule to say the least. Bravo Zulu you Cold War Warrior, your work here is done. You are relieved. Rest in peace. Mickey was a true friend, never wavering. Knew him for almost 60 years and while our paths didn't cross as much as we would like in later years, he was still a friend. See you later Mickey.
