You are going to be missed so much. You were the most honest, loving and caring person I have ever known. I will never forget the great times we shared together. I know that you were suffering for a long time and I hope you are now at peace with our baby Lucas. Mike, you will be missed very much. You touched the heart of so many people with your outgoing and positive attitude. It is still very hard to go into the DSR room, made it to the table but so dark and quiet without you being there. To your family my deepest sympathy and know that Mike's other family will miss him until we can all be together again.

Mike,although we had only been introduced a few months ago,we most definitely had an instant bond. I adore you and love you, miss you everyday that goes by. I can still hear you singing, and I can still see your infectious smile. I didn't know you for long, but while I did, I knew you as an extremely fun and loving person.
