Not sure what to say?

I worked with Mike in the emergency room for many years..He was my very best fiend..I will remember all the trips to Florida we took and the fun we had..I will truely miss him, and all the fun we had..I will love him forever. RIP Mike Deborah Coleman Kimberly, Alabama

Mike and I were best friends when we were in grammar school and high school. I went with him to the 8th grade graduation dance and to our junior and senior proms. He was there as a friend through my two divorces and I will always love him. Good-bye my friend. Dottie Sawyer (Birmingham, AL)

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I worked with Mike for many years in the Emergency Room at St Vincent Hospital. He was a good nurse and a wonderful coworker and friend. Even on the busy days that you thought would never end, Mike would always keep us lighthearted with his own special sense of humor all the while as we cared for our sick patients. The world has lost a special person who will be greatly missed. My prayers are with his family for peace and comfort.

My prayer,s are with the family.

Mike Cook in the St. Vincent ER waiting room.

Michael and I worked together at the front desk of St. Vincent's Emergency Room. He was the triage nurse and I worked for the admitting department. He was such a joy to work with, so funny and so smart. I will miss him very much.

Ivy, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
