It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to Mike. I remember sitting at his trailer, listening to him tell me how much he loved Nancy and how lucky we both were for finding the right one. He was a great man, with a big heart, and a contagious smile. My heart goes out to Nancy and the children. We love all of you, and we are praying for your comfort during this difficult time.
With all our love

I wish I could be there right now with you...

He was a good friend and will be missed.
