Not sure what to say?

Was Mike a trumpet player in the Holly Hill Junior High band from 1972 - 1974? I was the band director there at that time. This Mike was possibly one of the most motivated students I ever taught.

Truly a great person that is missed by so many. I learned so much from him. I imagine he is still racing cars, catching fish, playing bass in heaven. I will say he lived his life, Albeit to short, but fully.

A good friend with the wry grin, a positive human in a world of negativity.

I think of Mike at LEAST every week. Me and a mutual friend remember his sinister laugh, especially when he was up to no good. We mimic the laugh, and laugh at each other. Ten years, damn...not fair. Ya know, in some of his pictures he looks like John Lennon....wait, no. Lennon looks like Mike. Yeah.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Just heard about it today. Please contact me when you can.

WE just heard today about the death of Mike. His family and ours have been friends since the Pittsfield Days.
Sorry to hear the news.

My heart broke when I heard the news. I hadn't seen Mike in years, but still considered him a good friend. I think anyone who met Mike wanted to be his friend. He had that way about him. Prayers to all his family and friends. Sail On, brother.

Our prayers & thoughts go out to your family on your passing. We know your participation in the Scca events here at the Speedway will be missed by everyone in the SCCA organization you competed with on the track.

"Pillow and bankey (blanket), goin' on a trip!" You always sang that when Mom and Dad would load us into the station wagon for some excursion. You will always be fundamentally part of who I am and my life. I will always miss you, my funny, smart and happy little brother!
