Michael Cusack M.D.

I just found out about Mr. Cusack´s passing. This makes me sad, but he provided a great service and I appreciated his witty humor.

I am saddened by the news of Mike's passing. I just found out today. Back in the 1980's I was fortunate enough to meet Mike while filming a TV show at King Salmon Lodge for the Outdoor News Network. Lee Wulff, Joan Wulff and Dr. Ernest Schwiebert were all staying there. We spent several days capturing some great fishing action and the lodge on tape. Just found out that my dermotologist, Dr Michael Cusack, had died and would like to offer my sympathy to his family. As well as my doctor, I knew him to be my friend. Thank you Dr. Cusack.

Mike, Kelly, Kim, Jenn and Casey, please accept my deepest sympathy during this time of sorrow. I am blessed to have known both your parents and be part of your beautiful family for a while, they show me what love kindness and respect really was and I will always be grateful to them for that. I know your dad is know happy to have found your dear mother again. May the Lord watch over them now.
