Just learned about Michael's passing. I am shocked and saddened. My friend Marie and myself have very fond memories of the friendship we shared with Michael. Michael helped so many people he was a kind and compassionate man and we were privileged to be his friends. We will never forget our friend and he will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
