Dear DeClerck Family: I can't believe it has been ten years already. May you all continue the process of healing from your loss and may his memory continue to live in your hearts. Even though Mike has been gone for ten years, the memory of Mike continues to inspire me every day. I will always cherish the times I had with Mike and I will be forever grateful for his friendship. I am sorry to hear of your loss.
I remember Mike during our school days as a quiet but very nice boy. I don't ever remember him having a bad thing to say about anyone, he was always very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I remember riding the bus with him and playing on he and David's soccer team with Duane as the coach.
I'm sure Mike loved having a dad caring enough to coach his team.
