Michael DeLuca

I worked with Mike for ten years at APL. During that time I came to know him as a leader, a teacher, a mentor and a friend. He was many things to many people, sometimes gruff, often funny but always principled. I will always treasure the time I spent with him and I offer my deepest sympathies to his family. Rest in peace, my friend.

To the Deluca Family my heartfelt condolences to you. My last years on the waterfront were working with Mike. What a way to go. I'm so grateful to him for all of his help.

Mike you fought the good fight and survived many challenges which lesser men would have shunned. A wonderful part of my boyhood was spent as your friend.You were a good man and father to your children and I pray that God grant you eternal peace.
