Kristi, Bob, Paula and Alexis:

I cannot even imagine your grief at this time. Know that my thoughts are with all of you, as well as my best wishes that in time, your warm memories of Michael may replace some of the sorrow you now feel.

Mike D. was a good friend to Steve, Dusty and myself and we are going to miss him dearly.
