It took me a while to write this because I am still in shock. I still cannot wrap my head around that Michael is gone. I wish God would have let him be with us for the holidays but apparently he had other plans for him. I find comfort in knowing that he has a lot of family up there that was waiting to welcome him home. I am really sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We were good friends in high school.

We will all miss this wonderful, brave man. He loved life and all the people around him. This showed in all he did for others, how he lived, and how he fought to stay with us. God bless him.
