Not sure what to say?

my heart is broken to know that this wonderful Dr. has passed away. I lost contact since we moved to Austin, Texas. May the lord be with him and keep him safe in his hands.

Still after these years we cannot find a Dr like Dr DiTeresa. It is common in our household to say, "I wish Dr D was here" or "there's not a Dr out there like Dr D". He was one of a kind, and is still is one of a kind! We miss you.

I miss him so much. Now, almost five years have passed, and maybe, just maybe, we've found a new doctor, a REAL doctor. Dr diTeresa was a real doctor and he cared. I've seen many medical people since Dr di died, and thank God, I remain pretty well. But, I have seen too many "doctors" who don't listen, don't care. I'll forever miss Dr di and I am so grateful for the care he offered us.

Dr. DiTeresa was an original supporter of Pro Player Foundation and our efforts to raise awareness and funding for Multiple Sclerosis. His heart for our charity meant the world to me. He truly loved our Flavors of Austin event and I looked forward to seeing him each year. He will be forever missed and always remembered as a part of our Pro Player Family.

It's been almost 4 years this week and we still miss you. We thought we'd find another doctor, but it's not happening! There's no one like you. Still think of you and brag about you often. Joe and Jill Carr

He was a Good Doctor and a good friend. He will never be replaced.

I was a colleague at Tomball hospital & covered his Inpatients when he was out of town.
I found out about his passing away rather late, as I'd moved overseas in 2009. It was a complete shock for myself to find out what had happened.
I wish I'd gotten to know him more but I blame our busy lives for not being able to do so.
You're missed, Michael.

Above all, Dr D was kind. We loved him and his Mother, too. Missing both of them.

I miss you. You were the best doctor I ever had. You listened and cared. You helped me with my illness more then you know. I was so upset when I herd you passed on. I'm so glad your a Christian and I will see you again. But here on the earth I'm sad. I will always be grateful. MC
