I just learned about Michael's passing. My condolences to all of his family. He was one of my heroes. I always admired him. He was extremely kind to me. He helped me through some very difficult times. I work at being a better person for having known him. I know how much good he brought into this world. May God bless and comfort you in your loss.

Lisa,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Our prayers are with you!

So sorry to hear about the loss of our cousin. Heaven has opened the gates wide for another Dooney. Met Michael a few times before I moved back to Portland at Dooney events. His interest in Dooney history was always fascinating. Now the 'Tree' has another story. The O'Neill family of Portland whose Grandmother was Kate Dooney always will pray and thank God for the blessings of heritage. Prayers for his wife Lisa and children. Jean E O'Neill and siblings Peggy Higgins , Gerry O'Neill , and...

I am so saddened to hear of Michael's passing. I always enjoyed our visits because he was so insightful on a wide range of topics. He will be greatly missed. God bless, as he must have needed a really good lawyer in heaven.

So sorry Lisa- just heard - a neighbor mentioned it from Oregonian - many fond memories - hugs Lori

Dear Lisa and family, We were shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing. Many times we would catch him walking around Gearhart. He always stopped to visit and update us with family news. He was so proud of you and the kids. We have 2 adirondack chairs built by Mike on our Gearhart deck. He was a superb craftsman and an all around good man.You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Sunsets can indeed be beautiful
