Hi Ellen,
I'll never forget John's basketball season two years ago when he was on the same team as Tommy. We played at the Califon Gym and lost every game until the very last one. When we actually won our first game, Mike and I jumped up, hugged and hi-fived each other. It was a moment I'll always remember. My brother Dusty and I were good friends with Mike as kids. The Kiegel family and Doran family lived about 10 houses apart, and Mike was one of our best childhood friends. We played baseball, football, etc. and sometimes caused trouble in the neighborhood. Mike was a good and friendly guy. He took some teasing and always laughed. I will always recall Mike laughing. Sad to see my friend pass.
