Not sure what to say?

Michael was a friend and classmate at SJSU in the late 1980s. We lived studying German together and he shared his love of aviation with me from time to time. Condolences to his family. He was a good guy.

I am so sorry for the loss of Michael. I was a 'friend' on a photography forum and we had some lovely exchanges.

My husband and I will be moving to Washington State in June and I remember him living near Portland so I was reaching out to him in hopes that I could someday meet him. I did a search for his name and found this guest book tribute.

So very sorry for the family. Even though I never met him, I felt, through our correspondence, that he was someone I wanted to get to...

Hi My name is Colleen Kelly I went to junior high and high school with Mike. I do remember his sweet smile. May God be with your family during this difficult time.

I have never met Michael in person. We shared our love of photography and our city on a public photography forum. Michael was always positive and gentle in his interactions with myself and others. I felt like we were friends. God Speed, Michael.

Edie - I was sad to hear that Mike lost his courageous battle with cancer. You and the boys are in my heart and thoughts at this difficult time.

Hi Edie, You and the boys are in my thoughts and prayers. Love and Hugs nancyd

Edie, I am so shocked and saddened at the news of your husband's death. Marianne shared some of your final communications and I marvel at the bravery you both shared. My prayers are with you and your sons. Bonnie Sullivan

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
