My heart hurts to hear this. I will always remember Mr D. He was not only the owner of Dougherty Equipment where I worked for 21 years, he was a very dear friend. I will miss you Shug! Rest in peace. Lisa

Michael Dougherty the greatest man I ever had the opportunity to know. I worked for this man for more than 23 years and was honored to do so. Not only was he my boss but he was my friend as well. Always treating employees and their families as if they were his own. A day never passes that I don't think of him. To his family, hold tight to your memories and keep him close in your hear to carry you through the days ahead.

Mr Dougherty was always a class act, he is much appreciated for all he has done for me and my family over the years. With love and deepest sympathy may God keep you in the palm of his hand.

Great man that really cared about his employees. He will definitely be missed.
