Not sure what to say?

Always in our hearts! You're truly missed. Your daughter is just like you.

Still missing Michael today. He ALWAYS supported the students, staff, and myself even after his official contract was completed. His smile and his wit goes unmatched. RIP, my friend.

Michael is gone but his memories live on through his children and the many students, teachers, and administrators he helped throughout his career. I miss his smiling face and long phone conversations. He will be always in my heart. PS. He would so proud of Erika

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

To the Douglas Family,

Was shocked to hear about Michael's passing last month. Michael help create many successful projects and events at Schnee Learning Center.

We not only worked well to promote the students of Schnee but also he worked well with the staff.

His daughter, Erika, was one of the prized Schnee students.

He will be missed by many.

Prayers and love to you all.

I was so saddened to learn of Michael's passing. I met Michael when we played tennis together at Walsh university with my sister Paula and me. We crossed paths again recently in a very stressful time in my life where he was a tremendous help. He always told me about his wonderful family and how much he loved you all. I have always known Michael to be a man of integrity and honesty. I know your hearts must be breaking right now. Please know that I am praying for Michael and all of you....

Dear Kellye and the whole Douglas family,

What a beautiful service for a beautiful man. Thank you for sharing Michael with us. He touched so many hearts in so many ways. I had many wonderful conversations with Michael on many different subjects. He was a man's man. I will always remember him for his character, his willingness to take on tough assignments (like West Geauga), his sense of humor and his Wonderful "style" in all that he did. Michael had lessons for us all. Thank you again...
