Mike is known among his Willoughby South classmates (class of '67) as a great example of a "gentle giant." Everyone loved him. Great athlete, great guy. I'll never forget him roaring toward me after school on his big light-green bike, which must have been an old Harley, and standing on the brake and skidding to a stop next to me. What a sight that was. He is someone I haven't seen since graduation, and yet I'll miss him ... just knowing he's not here anymore. Always hoped to see him at...
