One of the smartest men I ever met, and a great friend to me. Shared breakfast with him many times over the last few years...glad I did...time well spent with a great friend. Mike was a true professional who never gave up is humanity. He was always a great man with which to work in the ever demanding and ever changing world of emergency services radio in Sonoma County. His many years of work both protected and saved many lives in this county. EMS, Law Enforcement, Fire Services and the public have lost a faithful and valued voice.

I worked with Mike throughout my career. He was the dispatcher who always had my back while keeping us all entertained with his sharp wit and sardonic sense of humor. He was the guy to go to for all questions about dispatch, communications and emergency response, always a study truthful voice. We served together on various committees where he had far more knowledge than me on the topic at hand and was a guiding light to the intricacies and politics.
