Not sure what to say?

Mike... the Bob Newhart of the GTE gang of misfits. I was incredibly fortunate that I got to work him. His calm, measured demeanor often kept me off balance. He had been walking me through the switch operations, when I asked him, do you think I will ever get a handle on this? He leaned back, paused and then said "no"
My heart goes out to Dee, his kids and extended family. He will sorely be missed.
I will not forget

having lived in Ridott for 50 plus years I wish all of Michael's family all the best of luck. He will be missed by all.

Dear Dee,

So sorry about the passing of your husband. My brothers, (twins) and I grew up with Michael in Ridott. I was a grade ahead and the twins were in the same grade as Michael. I can remember squirrel and duck hunting with him. About 30 years he visited me in the hospital. I sure will miss him.

I grew up with Mike and his brothers in Ridott. Mike was a really great guy. There weren’t a whole lot of us in Ridott so we spent a lot of time as kids together. I didn’t see a whole lot of him after leaving Ridott but thought about him often. Really sad hearing he’s gone so soon.

Dear Dee, Sara, Megan,
We are so sorry for your loss along with many friends. I met Mike in 1999 when I was transferred to Rockford with GTE Mobile. We became friends right away, Mike help me in many ways fitting in with the crew and work. We had many little talks about everything as we left work for the day.
I so enjoyed Mike's friendship, he was a hard, smart working guy that would help anyone who needed it. His loss will make a hole in our hearts, but am sure he is among his...
