Not sure what to say?

I am so saddened to see this. Mike was a friend and mentor for years. He was such a pleasure to be around, whether it was at his shop or at a coin show. He was a kind and patient man, and will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP, Mike.

Dr. Mom, we are both so sorry for you and your family for the loss of Mike. Plus all the great times we have shared together. Finding out on our 1st camping and float trip that the four of us grew up not far away from each other. Then the many float trips with the Joy Sunday School class, even after we moved to TX. We were always welcome to stay at the Edel's Bed & Breakfast.

My condolences to his family. Mr. Edel was one of my favorite teachers at school and for years since at his coin shop. He will definitely be missed. Rest In Peace!

He was my favorite teacher in high school. He will be sadly missed.

I was never any good at algebra, until Mr Edel. He taught and I finally understood. I went on and became a nurse. Without him I would not have been able to go into nursing. There is lots of algebra and chemistry. Thank you Mr Edel

Great man

Condolences to the family. Coach Edel was a fine guy, and a golf coach that showed more patience than ever with us EAWRCHS golfers. RIP Mr. Edel

Dr Mom and family our deepest sympathy and fondest memories of summer float trips; shared meals, jokes and laughter, all the while making sure we had enough firewood to keep the eternal flame going. Of course good times on the golf course with our to-go cups, trips to the coin shop and the Elks. Thank you for being such an amazing influence in my life and always there for me even when I would just show up on your doorstep. I will forever cherish my extended weather delayed trip last month.

Mr. Edel was my freshman algebra teacher in 1970. He was such a nice guy and always very helpful. He always seemed to enjoy teaching and did a great job of it. And I always enjoyed talking golf with him. Could never forget him.
