I am deeply saddened to read about the passing of Mike. During my tenure in Somers, I was very fortunate to know Mike and to regard him as a dear friend. He was everything and more as his obituary defined him. He will be greatly missed. May he Rest In Peace. Dr Maynard M Suffredini, Jr Superintendent of Schools (Retired)

We are all saddened to learn of Mike's passing. Although I only knew Mike through the Beat Parkinson's Today Boxing classes, he was always so positive and joyful. God Bless you Mike and give strength to all of those who love you.

I will miss Mike so much. I'll always remember his huge "out-loud" laugh and the love he so freely gave to his entire family along with so many others. He was always there for my kids and me, no questions asked. We've lost a good one and things won't be the same without him.

My friend since we were little and played football at the neighbors house, fished, went shooting, reloaded ammunition, rode bikes, swam in the Scantic River, rode motorcycles together, and all the things that are part of growing up with a friend. I miss you Mike and I'll never forget you and the fun we had in our lives.
