Not sure what to say?

My condolences to your family. I had the honor of being in the same company with you, Captain Martin, and First Sergeant Burt. RIP Hero

I have been looking for Sgt. Escude for years. He was my drill sergeant at Ft. McClellan Alabama in 1988. I just found his Facebook profile and sent a picture of him to his messenger. I had no idea he had passed away. I am very sorry to hear this. He was a hard but fair man, had a uncanny wit and sense of humor and was a maker of men. My condolences to his family. Rest is peace drill sergeant, your watch is over. Long live the regiment! Ooh rah!

Didn't get a chance to thank him for his service to our country

God speed on your assignment to heaven. You are a true American hero.

Don't remember any time that we had a harsh word toward each other. I always viewed Mike as a good acquaintance/friend.
My sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to his...
