I Worked with Mike at Nalco in Chagrin Falls, and he was my manager - he was always so nice and fair and listened to whatever gripe we had - very compassionate and caring. We have been blessed to have known Mike and to have had him be a part of our family. He was always kind, friendly, and engaging, genuinely interested in talking and being with you. The twinkle in his eyes when he spoke of his family was always there. We will miss him.

Michael was such a kind and caring person, always willing to help someone in need. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. He will truly be missed. I can recall the support he showed me when I lost my parents, something I will never forget, to working with him in the Bedford Rotary Club. Sending prayers of peace, comfort, and strength to his family..

Marie and I were struck down by the news of Mike's passing. We were surprised and disappointed and feel a deep loss inside.
Mike was a great guy and I always enjoyed seeing him and interacting with him on a multitude of subjects, beyond even all of our golfing experiences. I will not forget the stories and fun we had many a time. There will be loss in our golf league group forever, we will keep a spot open for him, and I will personally miss him very much.

We met Mike and Mariann, before Nicole and "the boys" came along. Never saw him without that contagious smile on his face. Mike reached out to others as if part of his own family or a long-lost friend.

Mike, along with Ed Husbands and John Carey, were my roommates Freshman Year at John Carroll. He welcomed me from day one at JCU and his friendship was always genuinely present. Bob (or as Mike always called me, "Berto")

Mike was such a kind, funny, humble guy. He was a great friend to my husband for so many years. We just had dinner with Mike and Mariann on Valentines Day, and we toasted to friendship. I will miss the wonderful times we shared, and the ones that we were planning. My deepest sympathy to Mariann, Nicole, Jim and Michael, and all of his family. He loved you all so much.
