I found 3 of the pictures. Here is one of them.
I met Mike and a friend of his Pete one summer while vacationing at Wisconsin Dells with my parents. I still have goofy picturs of us on the bluffs. My friend that came with me on that vacation stayed in touch with Mike and dated for about a year. I remember one Wisconsin winter we got stuck in a blizzard after drinking at an 18 year old beer bar and we had to get a hotel room together. I believe it was $8 a night and 2 of us had to sneak in! I am so sorry for your loss.

Mr. Feagin was certainly underappreciated and often overworked, but had a good sense of humor and would vigorously defend his political opinions.
We spent a fair amount of time debating various thing, just to debate them.
I will miss him
