My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Michael was such a kind and gentle man and touched the lifes of many! He really did care about the sick and suffering, he will be deeply missed by so many. I feel blessed to have had him touch my life!

Dear Kathie and family,
Our hearts ache for you. We will always remember Mikey as the little boy with his own business cards who wore long pants on hot summer days because "men don't wear shorts." Kale, his buddy then, was especially sad to hear the news. We send our love and pray that God will be with you in your grieving.

I'm so saddened by the loss of a great friend. Mike's eyes where so compassionate, and deep. The wisdom he had at such a young age helped bring hope to people like me. I miss him already. -Mark Trocano
