Mike was one of the finest people I have ever known. We went school K-12 soon after he moved to Cheboygan so we have been close friends for 70 years. Our parents and family were close too. I miss our Friday night pizza at Skiles Tavern when he lived in the same town until he retired. Not only did he have the best sense of humor ever, he was adventurous and well read and very intelligent and curious. Everyone who knew him will miss him. "And then there were 6."
