Mike Flint was one of the most interesting men I've ever known. When our children were young, we spent many evenings in the Flint home while the kids had a baby anteater crawling up their backs and searching their hair for treats, or a bay leopard growling and cuddling like a tamed house cat. Sincerest condolences to the family.

My husband and I both have many wonderful memories of Mike from his long association with Reid Park Zoo. We took a trip to Zimbabwe, Africa in 1998 with Mike as our group leader. He was a caring & kind friend of all of the people & animals who were fortunate enough to know him.
