Not sure what to say?

To The Entire Forgione Family,

I just heard of Mike's passing yesterday. I can not tell you how sad I was to hear this news. Mike was a friend since childhood at MPB and grew up to become a wonderful man. I fondly remember outings to Chinatown with Mike, Pedro and Willy Conklin and Superbowls with you all and Steve Connelly in Astoria. I remember the wedding like yesterday and visiting with you all in Phillipsburg. Life passes too quickly. Mike at least is up in heaven. You are all...

Uncle Mike, You May never know how much we looked up to and respected you. You were a shining example of love personified, and it touched my heart to be embraced and loved by you. You were strength and gentleness. Kindness and integrity. Honest and true. You made me laugh and listened intently at the same time. We'd visit you and suddenly 7 hours had passed, quickly and easily, as our conversations were so natural. I will miss those chats. Miss your hugs. Miss your under the breath comments....

You were always my favorite cousin. I always got excited as a little kid when I was at Nonny's and I knew you'd be there. You would read stories to me and I thank you for being such a great cousin. Love you, Helen

We are so sorry to learn of Mike's passing. He was a wonderful man and a staple in the Borough of Alpha. He will be greatly missed. Our family sends condolences to his and will keep them in our prayers...

So very sorry for your loss, he was the best mailman a town could have.

Phyllis and Family I am so sorry for Mike's passing. "Mailman Mike" as he was known to my Brother Doug and I, always was upbeat, positive and had a kind word to say. I felt better the whole rest of the day after seeing him, even if it was just to trade waves as he past by in his mailtruck. I will miss him greatly. Sincerely, Paul Tedeschi

Our prayers are with you!! He was a special man.
