As Christmas gets closer memories of you are constant. I can not bear the thought of another Christmas without you and Dad. I am reminded of you everyday in everything I do. A year has passed without you...the pain never goes away...We all miss you so much...every day is a struggle to go on...Your friends and loved ones still search for a reason why you were taken from us..Your true friends and family will never forget you...you will live on forever in my heart...I miss you more than words can say...I love you Mike...always have and always will..Mom..

I have just finished watching catfish here in the uk and was so saddened when I checked online for an update to learn of mikes untimely death. I also feel so deeply for the family having lost their dad just before.

I really liked what I saw of mike he came across as such a genuinely nice guy, one you wanted good things to happen to, so learning of his passing is an absolute tragedy.

Rest in peace mike.
