Not sure what to say?

Mike and Diane were so funny. The memories I could tell. Debate Team and Peach State Marching Festival to name a couple. They always made you feel special. Tommy and I are thinking about you, Diane, Mike and Carey and those beautiful grandchildren. We love you ALL!

Dr. Garner was my secondary education professor at Shorter College. I remember he invited us students into his home for a meal and family time. He made an impact on so many lives because he cared deeply about his students. He was an exceptional teacher, dear friend, and very good man.

Dr. Garner was always so helpful and encouraging with my education classes at Shorter. I always enjoyed his stories from his classroom experiences.

Dr Garner had a profound influence on me as a secondary education major. He was kind, helpful, and very interested in all of his high school teachers doing well. I always valued his advice. Many condolences to his family. He was well liked and well respected by all of his students at Shorter College.

So sorry for your loss. I so enjoyed my years at Shorter College and attending Dr. Garner's classes. He was comical and kept me laughing.

Dr. Garner was my mentor and an amazing teacher of teachers. His legacy will last long after his lifetime! I knew him For much of my life and he shaped much of my teaching career! Prayers for his family and friends.
