I met Mike while working for Pace Airlines, the man was amazing, I think he was powered by a turbine engine! But then it became apparent he was so much more. He enjoyed talking with a cup of coffee, friendly smile, concern and care. Always willing to reach out and help. My wife worked for EZ ECM years ago in Rural Hall. We were fortunate to be able to visit with Mike and Kate last year at the beach and had a wonderful time. Kate, our hearts are with you and your family, through each other,...

Thank you Mike for the time you gave my father at McDonald's. My father passed May 25.. but you made his last months as a fellow veteran bearable. You are an amazing man . Stephanie Eaton Agosta

Mike was the most respected and admired "Engine Man" throughout the Strategic Air Command. He chose his profession young, dedicated his life to it, and became its ultimate master. People at times speak of standing on the shoulders of giants. In Mike's case, the rest of us could never climb that high. Thank you, Kate and family, for sharing him with us. We hope you find comfort in the love and memories so many have of him. Farewell, Chief!

I met Mike while stationed at Plattsburgh AFB. I was in Eng. Cond. (FM-31). He was the QC NCOIC and he evaluated my work many times. His attention to detail and “PRIDE” aka Professional Results in Daily Efforts, instilled my work ethics. He was tough, but fair and firm with his evaluations. I am blessed to have been guided by Mike. 1969 thru 1972. RIP my friend.
