Not sure what to say?

Michaels smile was infectious and could light up an entire room. Although we have lost touch over the years, I will always have wonderful memories of his kindness and sense of humor.

Ivan, Steven, and Linda... Oh that I could take away your pain and sorrow. No parent is ever prepared to lose a child and if life were fair, you wouldn't have to. And no words will make your unhappiness go away. I do want to share something that has worked for me in times of trouble: Let go and let God. And I hope you take some comfort in knowing that you are in my daily prayers. Michael was a special young man and I fell sure he knows how much each of you loved him and cared for him. We will...

Although I did not know Michael, my heart goes out to Steve and his family. I just learned of your brother's passing and can only express my deepest sympathies...I know you will miss him dearly.

Dear Ivan and family,

The bereavement of death is never devoid of a sense of holy calm, a sort of solemn peace connected with the memory of the lost one.

Even though separated by time and distance, I must extend my hand and my heart to you.

Most sincerely,

Forrest N. Moody

My family and I were so saddened to hear about Michael's untimely death. He lives on in all our memories. I think back and still see us as little pre-schoolers, and am reminded of him every time I hit the road-- Michael taught me driver's ed, and always had a story to make us smile. I am so thankful I bumped into him this Summer at the airport. It was great fun to catch up. Our thoughts are with you--

I just heard the sad news about Mike and can hardly believe he is gone. He was one of a kind, and I deeply valued our friendship. My thoughts are with his family -- may you find peace and solace in your memories of him.

My thoughts and prayers to the Goldberg family. Though Michael and I have lost touch over the years, I have only fond memories of our time spent as roommates at Campbell. Your huge heart and kind nature will be missed Mike. I'll see you again one day soon.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Micheal at Ferguson and I always remember how he made me laugh and smile. I was shocked to hear about his death. He will certainly be missed. My thoughts will be with you through this sad time. Meredith Mann-Chandler
