Michael Grant helped me as an Irish student visiting Brentwood. He got me a job in a lumber yard and I looked after some houses he was developing. He visited me in Ireland and I lost touch with him thereafter. He lived to his motto..."I shall pass this way but once. Any good that I can do any man, let me do it now, let me not defer nor neglect it for I shall not pass this way again"

I have only fond memories of your dad!! He was a great man!!
