Michael Greenwood

Michael was a great friend to me with a big warm heart and a lot of love to give. He had a very difficult year, struggling financially and with his health and he fought it all bravely and with a smile on his face.I'm so sad that he is no longer with us but I know he is much happier now than he was on this earth. I will miss you more than you know Michael and I will see you one day again. Rest in peace. All my love

I just can't believe this happened, was shocked to read the e-mail from Michael's brother. I never was a good friend, though Michael was always there for me if i needed that. I will never forgive myself for not telling him what a great person he was. It's true what people say: you never know what you have till it's gone. And now it is too late for any words i could have said so many times.

After hearing this sad news I was shocked. I could not believe something like this could happen.
I have tried to make that phone call to my uncle Tom and cousins Scott and Steve - but could not muster the strength to send them the right words to convey how deep this loss is.
I have had the recent pleaseure of talking to Michael and doing some fun things this past year. Jet Skiing, shopping, and celebrating Christmas with him were some of the things we did together.

Hi my name is Joanne and Im from Sydney Australia.. I spoke to Michael on a regular basis and each time he was so lovely.. We spoke about the death of his mother and how he loved her very much.. I am so devastated and miss him so much.. I will pray for him.. rest in peace michael... Joanne
