Michael J. "Mike" Harmeling, 63, Dec. 20, 2018, Cheviot. Beloved son of Joan R. (nee Dirheimer) & the late Raymond G. Harmeling, dear brother of Steve Harmeling, Mary Macaluso (John) & Patti Ruwe (Joe), loving uncle of Kyle (Laura McDonald), Bret (Sarah) & Stefon Harmeling; Nick (Jessica) & Ben Macaluso; Daniel & Amanda Ruwe & great uncle of Vincent Macaluso. Also survived by best friends Ron & Tony & the loving caregivers at Res-Care where he resided the past 18 yrs. Visitation Sat., Dec. 29, 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM, both at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Glenway at Muddy Creek, Western Hills. So many fond memories of Mike. Riding the bike around the neighborhood; hanging out with Patti and I at the house. He had a kind, tender soul. Prayers for the Harmeling family.

A loving young man who used to sit on the porch with my husband and I. We loved Michael so when we moved, he was the one we missed the most in our old neighborhood. I know he has to be a saint in heaven with his unblemished loving soul.
