Sandy and family, it is with a very heavy heart that we sadly write here in response to Mike's passing. We haven't known either of you very long, but we always looked forward to you both stopping by our camp on the way to your place to enjoy the River. We will miss Mike's smile and laughter. You both endeared yourselves to us when you found a stray dog on the road and were very insistent on finding its owner. The dog didn't have a collar, but thanks to both of you, your perseverance got the...

Dear Sandy:

We were greatly saddened to hear of Mike's recent passing away. We know how much the two of you loved each other and equally shared and enjoyed your passion for the successful operation of Lone Maple Farms. Our prayers are with you for this great loss.

Sandy, Michael, and Charon;
I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing...I have many happy memories of time spent with Mike (&you as well Sandy)-up in the orchard learing how to prune the trees and pick apples, tie back the saplings, and enjoy the view from on top of the orchard. The best job I ever had! Mike was so active and passionate about life...from Lone Maple to golf, tennis, and of course enjoying time with Sandy. I don't think I ever saw the two of you apart! I have such fond...

I am so sorry to read of Mr. Harris's death. Mike and Sandy were landmarks for a long time at their Lone Maple Farms. My sympathies to both Mike Jr. and Charon as well as to all the family.

Mrs. Harris, Mike, and Charon,
I was so sad to hear that Mr. Harris was ill last week. I will always remember him with a smile on his face giving a child an apple. He was a great man and will be dearly missed. I'll never forget when my parents came home from dinner with the 2 of you and said that Mr. Harris wanted to give me a job because I had a great smile. My deepest condolences and many prayers go out to your entire family and all his friends who loved him so much. Kati Cline
