I will simply add to what I have already posted. Mike was a business friend before he became a personal friend. I knew Mike to have a sense of "fairness" in dealing with people in the business community. Mike was a very special person.

On a more personal note, Aunt Rhonda, I can't imagine what you are going through right now. There aren't really any words I can say to make things better for you, and I wish I could. I just want to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you peace and we all love you very much. God Bless! Love, Sara

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hartmann,
My family's deepest sympathies are with all of the Hartmann family. I work with Chris, Michael's sister. We feel like we know (and love) all of you through her. Peace be with you.

To the entire Hartmann family: Our deepest and heartfelt sympathy for the tragic and premature passing of Mike. Chris and Larry are cherished friends of ours and through the years we've been fortunate to hear of all the wonderful "Hartmann Family Stories" that Mike was so much a part of. May his spirit live on in each of you.

I want to thank all the people who came and supported my family at this very sad and difficult time. My family and I are truly grateful for everything everyone has done. I know I am very gratful as well. Grandma and Grandpa, I hope that you are both doing well and I know Uncle Mike is watching over you both. To my mother, Chris, my Aunt Kath, and my Uncle John, your older brother loved and still loves you very much and watches over you every day. I know that this is a hard time for all of us,...
