Mike {he was Bear to all of us in the early years} grew up in Wesleyville during the 40's,50's& 60s. Myself,Bill & Mike{Bear}Also my little brother Joe who died when he was only 5 years old} were always together. We played at my house on Rose ave and their house on Willow. We shared adventures at the creek and old maids hill. We prospected for gold all over the woods, creeks and south of Rose ave which was almost all woods . My deepest sympathy to Mike's family. We will greatly miss him here at The Church of Mt. Zion. Mike was always kind and compassionate to others. We will miss his smile and laughter. I really appreciate Mike's kindness to me and my family when I was in the hospital. May God be with you all during this time.

Shari, Missy, and DeeAnna - My heart goes out to you on the loss of your father. He was very close with dad during his illness and I know they are now in heaven together as brothers once again. My deepest condolences to Mike's family. I remember him as a child and spent much time with his sister Lavina at their home on Willow St.where I also lived . He was a nice guy. Still remember his Studebaker, football, his Uncle Frank and dog Nippy , wonderful Mom Annabelle and Dad Orris .So many good memories . Prayers sent RIP

so very sorry to the family of my friend mike ,he will be missed much by his monday night golf family and especially myself who was his golf partner for the last 14 yrs [great times together always] good guy !
