Condolences to his family. I am Michael´s first cousin also from Sligo.

Dear Virginia, We were so sorry to read of Michael´s passing and send you loving comfort and heartfelt condolences. It was such a delight to know Michael as a neighbor and we so appreciated his warmth, charm, grace, lovely accent, and the twinkle in his eye. You are in our thoughts as you grieve a remarkable man. Paul and Marilyn

To Virginia and all the family. We were very sad to hear of the the death of Michael. Our family was very close growing up next door to our Henry first cousins in "Maryville" Finisklin in Sligo where my mother Kay Milne (a nurse) had first met my father "Uncle George". Our sincerest sympathies, Margaret and Noel Raftery

So sad that my lovely Uncle Michael has passed on. End of an era as he was the last of the seven siblings. I will miss our great chats on the phone...and will cherish the time we spent together with he and. Virginia in Portland in 2006. They were both so kind and hospitable. Sincere condolences to Virginia, Patrick and all of the family. Lots of love.

So sorry to hear of dear Uncle Michael's passing and sending deepest sympathy to Virginia and my American cousins. It was always a pleasure to meet up throughout the years during his regular trips to Ireland and other European countries with Virginia. You both lived such a full life. Thinking of you all at this sad time.

Dear Patrick and the rest of the Henry family, I was saddened to hear of Michael's passing. It was a pleasure to get to know him in later years as our first contact with the Henry family was in the early 70's when Patrick was riding with our children at Portland Riding Academy. Michael was a kind and gentle man, the true meaning of gentleman. You were lucky to have him for 98 years. Warm regards, Judy Posey and family

Deepest condolences to Virginia and all my American cousins on the passing of my dearest Uncle Michael. I always loved when he visited us here in Ireland and many a story was told. I believe he's with his brother and sisters now catching up on old times Linda Rafferty (Kitty Raffertys daughter)
