He was,our tax attorney but always our friend first. He will be sorely missed. Cheryl and the Herman Family - I just learned of Michael's passing and it brings much sorrow to lose such a fantastic person.For years,I've valued my friendship with Mike.He was bright,dedicated,extremely bright and well respected.I will certainly miss his wit and sense of humor.May he Rest In Peace.
